  • Check in is 15 minutes prior to the tour start time
  • Free parking, luggage and bag storage are available at the departure location
  • Weight restrictions apply for the helicopter flight
  • Helicopter flights will conclude either back at Te Anau’s lakefront or at the Te Anau/Manapouri Airport, in which case transport back to the start location will be provided
  • Participants will be provided with a life jacket and spray coat. When necessary, cold weather accessories will also be provided. It is best to wear clothes to suit the weather that can get wet
  • Throughout the experience participants will be sprayed with water however, they will not be soaked
  • Tours operate with a minimum of 2 adults and a maximum of 6 participants
  • This tour is not suitable for infants under 18 months old
  • Devices and cameras are welcome on the tour. Participants are responsible for any damage that may occur to these items
  • The guide will deliver live commentary in English. Translated commentary may be available by recording. Written safety briefings are available in multiple languages and must be understood by all passengers

  • Fiordland is an alpine area and subject to extreme weather. In case of supplier cancellation due to adverse weather or road/river/lake conditions, a full refund will be given, or booking may be transferred to another departure (if applicable).
